Pumpkin pancakes
First of all, in a deep bowl, make a dough by adding grated bottle pumpkin, green chili, semolina, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, carambola seeds, coriander leaves, gram flour and a little water. Mix them well and make a uniform homogeneous dough. The dough should not be too thick or too thin, if you find it thick, add more water and make it even.
2. Now heat some oil in a non-stick pan and spread a tablespoon of dough in it. Cook over high heat until golden in the side pan. Sprinkle a little oil on the sides and top of the pancakes.
3. When done, gently turn the panellet over and let it cook on the other side as well until golden. Cook as many pancakes as you can with the remaining dough.
4. When the pancakes are cooked, take them out on a serving platter and serve with the chutney you want. Serve hot.
