New Delhi – Aloo Cheela is a delicious recipe that you can make in a jiffy in minutes, when you don’t feel like doing anything great. Potato is one of those vegetables that can be used to make “n” number of dishes and be it of any shape or size, Aloo brings the taste and flavor to the dish to perfection. You can make Aloo Cheela for breakfast, for dinner or even with evening tea. We used a very basic recipe here, however, you can add some grated vegetables like carrots, cabbage and so on. to make the cheela more nutritious.
Aloe Cheela Ingredients
2 servings
1 large potato
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion
1 green pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon gram of flour (gram of flour)
salt as needed

How to Make Cheela Potato |
Prepare 1 potato
First wash and peel the potatoes. Now grate it well and take it out in a bowl. Add 2 cups of water and soak the grated potatoes for 15 minutes. This will help get rid of excess starch. After 15 minutes, remove the excess water and transfer the potatoes to another bowl.
2 Prepare the mixture by adding all the ingredients
Now add all the other ingredients like chopped onion, green chili, garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, gram flour and wheat flour moro. Mix well to make a mixture.
make 3 cheelas
Pour a few drops of oil on a non-stick pan and spread half of the prepared mixture. Spread it well so that it is round and thin. Cook until golden on both sides. Make another cheela with the remaining mixture.
4 ready to serve
Serve aloo cheela with tomato sauce or green mint chutney.
