Ingredients for the Paratha drumstick
Wheat flour – 1 bowl
Drumstick leaves – 100 grams
Ragi flour – 1 tbsp
– Besan – 1 tablespoon
-Green chili garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Grated ginger – 1 teaspoon
– Desi Ghee – 2 tablespoons
-Salt – according to taste

To make Drumstick Paratha, take drumstick leaves and wash and clean them well. Now break off the stems of these leaves and chop them very finely. Now take a big bowl and add wheat flour and ragi flour and mix well.
After adding some salt to the flour, add finely chopped drumstick leaves and mix. Now add gram flour, grated ginger and mix. If the mixture is completely mixed, add the ginger garlic paste at the end.
Now add water little by little to this mixture and knead it. Note that the dough should not be too soft, it should be kneaded a little hard.
After that we prepare the dumplings. Now take a ball and roll it a little thicker than a chapati. Meanwhile, take a non-stick pan or tava (griddle) and heat it on low heat.
When the tawa is hot, pour some ghee and spread it all over. Now put the rolled paratha in the pan and fry it. After sometime, flip the paratha and apply desi ghee.
Fry the paratha until golden brown on both sides. After that remove the paratha on a plate. In the same way prepare parathas of all balls. Serve the nutritious Drumstick Paratha with your favorite ketchup or chutney.
