Ingredients of Sabudana Tikki
250 grams of soaked sago
1 boiled potato
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1 cup of refined oil
2 large green peppers, chopped
rock salt as needed
1/4 cup roasted ground peanuts
How to make Sabudana Tikki
Soak 1 sage in water
To make this delicious Navratri special recipe, soak sabudana in water for 2 to 3 hours. When the sago puffs up a bit, drain the excess water and remove the sago into a bowl.
Grind the ingredients to make 2 tikkis
Now to prepare the tikki mix, take a large bowl and add boiled potatoes to it. Crush them completely with your hands. Now add crushed roasted peanuts, chopped green chilies, green coriander, red chili powder and rock salt along with dry sago.
Fry 3 tikkis
Make small tikkis with this mixture of potatoes and sago. Tikki should not be wet. Now take a pan and put oil in it. Heat it over medium heat. When the oil is hot enough, carefully drop in the sago tikkis and deep fry them until they are crispy and brown.
4 Serve hot with chutney!
