Threatening letters from terrorist organization ISIS were found in Anwa village of UP’s Rampur district. Even after a week of receiving the letter, the villagers are unable to leave their homes. Many people go into a state of unconsciousness while sitting due to fear. Four policemen have been deployed at the door of the house where those four letters were found wrapped in a red cloth.

The names of 5 people from 4 families are written in these envelopes. The fifth name is of a 12-year-old boy, who has not lived in that town for 7 years. Apart from these 5 people, the entire town has been threatened with sarin gas. It is written: “Our agents are watching all the individuals in the village. August 10 is the deadline.”

Bhaskar’s team reached the ground to find out the situation in the village. He found people with threats and tried to decode those letters. We review each aspect in turn…

On the red cloth is written in Arabic: La ilaha illallah, ISIS
Kuldeep Singh of Anwa village returned in the morning after watering the paddy in the field. At the door of the house, he saw something wrapped in aluminum foil wrapping a present. When he removed the foil, inside was a red cloth. There was something written in the Arabic language. Kuldeep thought of a trick and threw the entire packet in the field garbage.

4 envelopes wrapped in this red cloth were kept.

The eyes of some people in the village fell on that package. He opened the red cloth and saw that there were four envelopes. Inside the envelopes were letters. The letters were written in English and two lines below in incomprehensible Urdu. Nobody knew English in the village. Whoever knew a little read it and knew that there were death threats in those letters. Together they informed the police.

“The pen drives and maps given by RAW are necessary, otherwise they will kill you”
This letter is in the name of 5 people. The names of Kuldeep Singh, Bhanupratap Singh, Veerpal Singh and 60-year-old Geeta Sharma are written on the envelopes. Her 12-year-old grandson Bharat Sharma’s name is also written on the envelope containing Geeta Sharma. When Bharat was 4 months old, his father was killed. For 8 years, he has been living with his mother in another student town.

Four of these cards came out of the 4 envelopes. The same things have been written in all the letters.

The letter reads: “You must ask yourself why this is happening to you. I can kill you at any time. Someone from your family or village is abroad. He has the pen drives and maps of the intel agency Indian intelligence RAW or Intelligence Bureau. We need it in any case. Otherwise not a single person in the village will survive.”

“Sarin gas has been kept in the town, August 10 is the last date”
The letter further said, “There is a plan to bring this map and pen drive to India on August 20 and hand it over to Home Minister Amit Shah. The officers with whom this person did the plan. We have bought them. This person is forgetting that in India, from ministers, officials to judges, everything is ready to be sold. Still, he will try to reach Amit Shah under any condition.”

Sarin gas is mentioned in the fourth line from the top. On the third page of the letter, the conversation about Sarin gas is also written in bold.

“If this happens, then I swear to you, not a single person in the village will survive. That person and the Government of India itself, not even Amit Shah and Yogi Adityanath will be able to save you. Sarin gas was kept in village. My agents are watching everyone in the village. You have until August 10th, stop it. The red cloth wrapped over the envelope is a death message.”

Continue with the letter, first let us know what Sarin gas is?

Used in Damascus, Syria, a man dies in 15 minutes
According to former US Secretary of State John Kerry, “Sarin gas was used in Dashmik, Syria on August 21, 2013. More than 1400 people died in this attack. In fact, this chemical gas is more dangerous than cyanide. According to a watchdog agency that monitors the world’s chemical weapons, “anyone from this gas dies within 15 minutes.”

This image was revealed from Dashmik, Syria, following the deaths from sarin gas. A website called Human Right Watch published this in their report.

Now back to the menu…

“Death is charming or 2 million rupees and a job abroad”
The letter further says, “If this person gives the pen drive and map to our agent instead of Amit Shah, the lives of the villagers will be saved. Our agents will reach your address for Rs 2 crore within 24 hours It will get this person a high level job in any country in the world.

But if this information is given to the police or any security agency, it will not be good for you. We will take this pen drive and the map. You must be thinking why is all this happening to you? This is because you know this person. It’s tied to you. Keep sarin gas in your mind. A small mistake can take many lives.”

It has been said here that he gives money and jobs in exchange for flash drives and maps. Along with this, the deadline of August 10 has also been given.

IB is investigating the matter, 4 policemen deployed for security
On reaching Kuldeep Singh’s house, we saw that 4 policemen are deployed for his security. It turned out that the IB, meaning the Intelligence Bureau, and the OSG, meaning the Special Operations Group, had also arrived in the village. An in-depth investigation into the matter is underway. District SP Ashok Kumar Singh also reached the village. We have given comfort to the shocked people that we will not let anything happen to you.

Speaking to the media, the SP said, “ISIS is written in the letter. This is a very serious matter. The security of the villagers is our responsibility. They should not be afraid.”

Kuldeep’s brother fainted an hour after the threat
We met the four people who received threats, we spoke to them. Kuldeep said, “We heard the name pen drive for the first time. We have this phone dubiya wala.” So much had happened that Kuldeep’s younger brother, who was sitting next to him, fell unconscious.

As Kuldeep Singh's younger brother, all threats are horrified.

As Kuldeep Singh’s younger brother, all threats are horrified.

When he regained consciousness, he cried and said, “We can’t go anywhere. Our pets are hungry, even afraid to go and get fodder for them. Yesterday, 5-6 people had gathered and then they brought fodder. 60-year-old widow Geeta Sharma said, “What has happened to my 12-year-old grandson. He doesn’t even come to town. No one in town knows him except the neighbors.” You can see how everyone is doing in the video above.

The four people say we don’t have anything called for in the menu. In fact, they still don’t know what is actually written in the letter. All they know is that they have been threatened with death until August 10.

Four police officers have been deployed to protect those who received threatening letters. One of them is visible in the picture.

Little do the villagers know that the letter also contains threats to kill them.
Sensation has spread to the village since the threat. There is concern in the minds of the villagers that 4 people have received death threats. What they don’t know is that the letter threatens to kill the entire town with sarin gas. This letter is on behalf of the whole town.

In the letter it is written that a person from the village has those documents that are abroad. While in the research so far, no people like the village have been found who live or have ever gone abroad.
