1. In Punjab, a 10-year-old boy stole 35 lakhs from the bank, kept the cash in his purse to put it in the ATM
A shocking incident came to light on Wednesday in Patiala, Punjab. A 10-15-year-old boy from the Patiala main branch of the State Bank of India has collapsed with a bag full of Rs 35 lakh. This amount of thousands of rupees was saved to put in the ATM outside the bank. There was a commotion at the bank when the purse was found missing. In haste, the CCTV installed in the bank was checked and the incident was reported to the police.
2. Ruling of Rs 10 entry fee at Namo Ghat in Varanasi, stopped after 22 hours
The decision on the entry ticket system at Namo Ghat (Window Ghat) in Varanasi has to be suspended within 22 hours due to the protest. It was implemented at 4pm on Tuesday.
