After investigating the complaints filed regarding beautification of the pond, supply of class IV employees, sale of cold water, the government has notified the municipal president Ashish Sharma and sought his reply in a period of seven days. Along with this, it has also been said that if the response is not given within seven days, action will be initiated under the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Act.
The notice has been given on the basis of the investigation report and prima facie financial irregularity has been indicated in the investigation report. It is noteworthy that allegations were made against Municipal Chairman Ashish Sharma for financial irregularities in many cases. His tests were also done on many levels.

The government received the inquiry report on this matter and then, on behalf of Principal Secretary Amrit Abhijat, Special Secretary Sunil Kumar Chaudhary has sent a notice.
