Narasimhanand appears in video urging Hindus to boycott ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign

Ghaziabad: A controversial video has surfaced of yeti Narasimhanand, the Peethadheeshwar of the Dasna Devi temple in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad city, questioning the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party’s ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign and the BJP’s anti-Hindus campaign. be a call to boycott.

Superintendent of Police (Rural) Iraj Raja said the police are investigating Narasimhanand’s viral video and action will be taken under relevant sections of the law.

In this video that has surfaced on social media, Narasimhanand is seen saying that the government has given a contract to manufacture the tricolor to a company in West Bengal, owned by a Muslim named Salauddin.

Narasimhanand says in the video that Hindus are the biggest hypocrites in the world. Targeting the BJP, he said in the video that when these people came to power, they gave government tenders to Muslims.

According to the video, he has said that the money that Hindus will have to pay to buy the tricolor will go into a Muslim’s pocket and be given to jihadists (Islamic extremists).

He said that if the Hindu community wants to save their future generations from the Muslim extremists, they should boycott the tricolor campaign of the BJP, so that the Muslim contractor does not get financial benefits.

He said Hindus can hoist any old flag on their rooftops.

The video was posted earlier this month, but it surfaced in the past. The Modi government at the Center has called for the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’ from August 13 to 15 as part of the Independence Amrit Mahotsav to commemorate the 75th year of independence.

In the video, he claimed, “The biggest contract (to buy flags) for this campaign has been given to a company in West Bengal, owned by Salahuddin.”

He said, “This is a big conspiracy against Hindus.” If you (Hindus) want to stay alive, stop giving your money to Muslims in the name of this campaign.

He further said, “If you want to raise the tricolor, look for an old tricolor.” But don’t give money to Salahuddin.

He further said that Hindu politicians campaign for economic boycott of Muslims but give them government contracts after coming to power.

He said: ‘Teach these politicians a lesson. They cannot use your (Hindus) money to enrich Muslims and then arrange the death of their children. Don’t fall into the trap of these people.

“Every Hindu should have a saffron flag at home,” he said.

According to the Times of India, Salauddin Mandal, the Kolkata-based company is one of the nine flag suppliers listed by the government under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ programme.

The Ministry of Culture has released a list of flag suppliers in different parts of the country, which includes the name of Mandal-run Uddin Enterprises, Kolkata.

Salahuddin, a trader from a village near Baruipur in South West Bengal 24 Parganas, is supplying the tricolor to the state governments of Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. Many educational institutions and organizations in Bengal under the central government have also given orders to purchase the tricolor.

Around 60 lakh flags of three to four million tricolors have already been distributed by the mandals, which they expect to send to different states. Each flag is expected to retail between Rs 18-24.

Hindutva leader Yeti Narasimhanand is known to be a priest of the Dasna temple in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, who has been in controversy in the past for his statements.

Narasimhanand was again found calling for violence against Muslims at the ‘Hindu Mahapanchayat’ program held in North Delhi’s Burari on April 3. A case has been registered against him in this regard.

Narasimhanand, who was released on bail after his arrest in the Haridwar Dharma Sansad case, had made these anti-Muslim hate speeches in violation of his bail conditions.

In this case, an FIR was registered against Narasimhanand and other speakers at the Mukherjee Nagar police station in Delhi for uttering hate speech.

Yeti Narasimhanand was one of the organizers of Haridwar Dharma Sansad. At the ‘Dharma Sansad’ held in Uttarakhand’s Haridwar city in December 2021, along with open hate speech against Muslims and minorities, there was also a call for their massacre.

In the Parliament of Religions, Yeti Narasimhanand made provocative statements against the Muslim society and said that he will give one crore rupees to the person who becomes a ‘Hindu Prabhakaran’.
