Congress is going through a political crisis at the moment, many veteran leaders have left the party in the last few months, there is an election on 17 October for the post of new president, in the meantime Congress’s Bharat Jodi Yatra will be able to something surprising?

New Delhi: The Congress, which ruled the country for 70 years after independence, is now in the background. The party which saw the presence of leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Nehru, Indira and Rajiv Gandhi now yearns to come to power at the Centre. Alam is that after Rahul Gandhi leaves office, no new president is found. Apart from this, the leaders of his own party have rejected the rebellion. Apart from senior party leaders Ghulam Nabi Azad, Kapil Sibal, youth leaders like spokesperson Jaiveer Shergill and earlier Jyotiraditya Scindia have quit the party. Party leaders raised their voice of protest against Ghulam Nabi Azad, who recently quit the Congress. After Rahul’s name was taken in the resignation letter, how many Congressmen got cold feet. Azad, who till yesterday was respected by the party, has now been told that his DNA is modified.

Amidst all this, the Congress will start the Bharat Jodo Yatra from September 7. It will include 117 leaders, starting from Kanyakumari and ending in Kashmir. Seeing Congress walking the path of recent times, it seems that somewhere is not the effect of the rebellion of the leaders of the G-23. Has ED probe against Sonia Rahul triggered party’s active mode? The fight that the party is now fighting against inflation, unemployment, could not have happened before. There are many such questions that are cropping up in the minds of political pundits during this time.

Will the India Jodo Yatra want life?
Congress’s Bharat Jodo Yatra will begin on September 7. He will start from Kanyakumari and end this trip by going to Kashmir. The 150-day Yatra will cover 12 states and 2 union territories. It has been said that 117 leaders will participate. Great leaders like Jairam Ramesh, Pawan Khera, youth leader Kanhaiya Kumar, Digvijay Singh will walk step by step with Rahul Gandhi. The route of up to 3500 km will be done on foot. The message from the Congress is clear from this visit that it is eager to take on the ideology of the BJP and the Sangh. Apart from this, he wants to join the people who are fighting against rising inflation and unemployment in the country. Congress is due for general elections in 2024 as the party has been out of power for 8 years.

Crisis for the existence of the Congress and the edge of the party leaders
Union Home Minister Amit Shah is visiting Kerala today i.e. Saturday. Here he made a direct attack on the Communist Party, including the Congress. If we’re talking about Congress, let’s talk about it. Shah said in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala that the Congress is disappearing from the country. If anyone has a future in Kerala, it is BJP. BJP National Spokesperson Sambit Patra at a press conference today again took a dig at the National Herald. Referring to the book by Chandrababu Naidu, Congress leader and 4 times CM of UP, pointed out. Patra said his book shows that the National Herald was established in the service of the Gandhi family.

Madhusudan Mistry’s direct reply to Congress leaders ‘question of making electoral roll public is not raised’
There are frequent statements by the BJP that question the future of the party. On the other hand, these issues acquire more power when the leaders of their own party sound the trumpet of rebellion from within. There is another problem with Congress. So far, whoever left the suppression of Congress and joined BJP or any other party, the party could not convince them while leaving. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma himself has admitted that if Rahul Gandhi had listened to him instead of giving biscuits to the dog that day, the picture would have been different. Jyotiraditya Scindia, who was present in the post of Union Minister in Modi government, was included among the attractive leaders of Madhya Pradesh, then what happened, the discontent with Kamal Nath brought down the government. Former Punjab captain CM Amarinder Singh’s reason for leaving the party was only that Sonia Gandhi did not listen to him and her breakup with Sidhu played the whole game. Currently, the captain has formed a new party whose alliance is with the BJP. There are many leaders like Kuldeep Bishnoi, Jaiveer Shergill, Kapil Sibal who left the party due to various reasons.

Congress doesn’t want to learn
If we look at history, it is not that the Congress has never been defeated. The party lost in the State and in the center but then also came back. After 15 years in Madhya Pradesh, 5 years in Rajasthan and 15 years in Chhattisgarh they also felt empowered. Once it was heard that Congress is making a comeback but after few months we all know what happened in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra (in alliance). There is always danger in Jharkhand and Rajasthan. The problem with Congress is that it doesn’t learn or doesn’t want to learn. Even the edge of many strong party leaders does not lead the party towards change, on the contrary, it raises a question mark. Congress should at least learn from the current Modi government, the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has the tag of not losing a single election. The party has started preparations for 2024 under the leadership of national president JP Nadda.

Kerala and Telangana are exploring possibilities there despite not being strongholds. Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal has already started preparations for the Himachal and Gujarat elections. Going from one place to another, addressing the people, counting the BJP’s shortcomings, but on the other hand, if we look at the Congress, it is trying to manage its own people away from this election. Congress must understand that elections are not won by election promises made from the forums as the election date approaches. We have seen this in Uttar Pradesh general elections and before 2019.

Why fight inflation and unemployment now… it’s not too late
However, Congress is now seen to be speaking out against inflation and unemployment. Party workers under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi were seen protesting against this on the streets. Many leaders including Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were seen protesting in Delhi against the Modi government. However, at the same time, the ED’s questioning of Sonia and Rahul in the National Herald case also gave many Congressmen an opportunity to protest. Sonia and Rahul’s attitude was worth watching at that moment. The date of August 5 will be remembered. Everyone saw the Congress uproar against inflation, unemployment and GST. He felt that the party had the energy to fight the Modi government. The march went from Parliament to Rashtrapati Bhavan. There was also a program for gherao at the Prime Minister’s house but it could not happen. This raises the question of why Congress is seeing inflation and unemployment now. Is this the result of G-23 leaders disillusioned with the party and saying goodbye?

Why can’t Congress think outside the Gandhi family?
It is true that many people from the Gandhi family sat in the office of Prime Minister of the country. These include Pandit Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Sanjay Gandhi. The post of party president is rarely held by anyone outside the non-Gandhi family. One more thing that is seen in the Congress is that it is not able to choose the new post of President in the meeting of CWC i.e. Congress Working Committee. One of the reasons for this being seen is that a section of the Congress still wants to see Rahul Gandhi as the President. Because of this insistence, a message is being sent outside the party that the party still does not see anyone above the Gandhi family as president. Although Rahul Gandhi has already made it clear that he does not want to return to this position, but they say the insistence of many leaders or the Congress is still looking for a new face.

On the other hand, many people believe that even fielding Rahul Gandhi against Modi does not please the other opposition parties. The lack of unity in the Grand Alliance also strengthens the Modi government. The reason is that there are many people in this Mahagathbandhan who are eyeing the Prime Minister’s chair. Among them are Mamta Banerjee, Akhilesh Yadav, Arvind Kejriwal etc. In this situation, after many failures of Congress, Rahul’s front also weakens the fight.
